'SilverUptown started from a dream to offer genuine Neapolitan pizza in London. Established by the Bianchi family in 1985, our little pizzeria was a family endeavor, passing down recipes over generations.

During her time in Italy, our founder 'Marco Bianchi' learned the art of pizza creation among Naples' renowned pizzaiolos. Returning to the UK, she aimed to replicate the quintessential Italian pizza experience, drawing on classic methods and choice ingredients.

From our beginnings as a quaint pizzeria with just 12 seats, we've expanded and become a community favorite. Yet, our dedication to quality and traditional techniques endures. We continue employing wood-fired ovens, preparing our dough daily, and selecting the best ingredients available.

Now, with the Bianchi family's second generation at the helm, 'SilverUptown is still a family enterprise, with the original commitment to the craft. While we've integrated modern touches, our essence remains unchanged: crafting exceptional pizzas that bring people together.
